The following KB will walk you on how to disable MFA temporally so our tool from the Vircom Portal can create the Rules automatically.

Click Users

IF the option above is not available, please click the User

This will come up and at the bottom of the page you will see the option to access the MFA

Click the Manage Multifactor authentication

Find the user and disable MFA

Please remember to enable again MFA after the Rules are created by the Vircom Portal website
