Adding an Image in a Campaign

How do I add an image to a phishing campaign template?

Answer

Proofpoint allows you to add images/logos to your Phishing campaigns. To do so, please follow the directions below.

1. Navigate to Phishing > New Campaign
2. Follow creation process depending on what type of Campaign you have chosen
3. Under template name, select the Template(s) you wish to use in your campaign.
4. Next to the selected template, click pencil to edit
5. Click on Message

6. Select image button in the editor
7. Click the Upload tab on the Image Properties pop-up window
8. Select Choose File to choose an image from your computer.
9. Click Send to Server
10. You will be taken back to the Image Info tab. You can click OK if you're satisfied, otherwise, you can choose to change the width, height, and alignment.
