What triggers a Phishing Campaign to auto-enroll a user into Training?
Answer
Auto-enrollment is triggered by using the same logic that determines if the user has failed the campaign, making Auto-Enrollment training assignments consistent with campaign reporting.
- In Drive By campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is a click event.
- In File Attachment campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is an attachment open event.
- In Data Entry campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is a compromised event.
Note: The auto-enrollment assignment is created immediately when the campaign is created. The total number of users will show as zero(0) until someone fails the campaign.
