How do I auto-enroll users into training when they fall for a Phish?

Answer

Our Phishing product offers the option to auto-enroll users in a Training Assignment if the user fails the appropriate campaign conditions. The Auto-Enrollment Assignment will be created as soon as one user fails the appropriate campaign condition. This can take up to 30 minutes.

To auto-enroll users in Training:

1. During Campaign creation, click the check box next to In-depth Training
   • By default the the assignment name for auto-enrollment assignments will be Anti-Phishing Education  <today's date>.  Therefore, if you create two campaigns in the same day you will get the same assignment name. In order to fix this issue you will need to Change the Assignment Name on the second campaign.
2. Select the Licensed Modules that you wish to use for Training
3. Create Campaign

   You will only be able to see the modules that your company is licensed for.
