GoDaddy Office 365 customers will not have the access like any other Office 365 tenant, GoDaddy Office 365 is very restricted on the options available.
GoDaddy Azure AD can only be access via the below link
You will need to login with the Admin Credentials of Office 365.
Click on Active Directory and this will take you to the regular AD like any other Office 365 Tenant
