Synopsis:

Google keeps scanning messages sent internally ending up in the user’s Junk folder

Solution:

To resolve this behavior we need to make some changes in the Google workspace following the instructions below:

1-   Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for Gmail > Spam, phishing, and malware

2- Click on CONFIGURE under the SPAM section

3- Provide a name for your RULE

4- In the Add Settings window provide a short description for your new safe list i.e.: My SAFE List

Then, Click on Create or Edit list

5- A new tab will be opened and in the manage address lists window, click on ADD ADDRESS LIST to create a new list

6- Enter the name i.e.: "My Safe List" then click on ADD ADDRESS and enter your domain Domain1.com , Domain2.com etc… then click on SAVE

7- your list now should look something like this :

8- Now you will need to go back to the original Tab (the tab before the actual one)

9- Now click on USE EXISTING LIST to select the list you just created

10- In the little Window make sure you select the list you just created and click on X to close the little window

11- Now click on the SAVE button for the SPAM window RULE to save your list

then you should see something like this
