SPAM Reporter troubleshooting information

Note: This article is meant for the Spam Reporter downloadable plugin for Outlook, not the Spam Reporter Cloud for Office365


In the Event that you have an issue with Spam Reporter, our support team would need some files in order to have a better understanding of the issue and provide you with a solution.


SRC creates some Files that are helpful for diagnostics.


The Files are Located under the User's profile in the local appdata folder.


Here's the exact path to the files is the following:


C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Vircom\SpamReporter


Please send us back all the files you see in this folder level, you should see a PST file, a Log file and so on, please do NOT send the Bin subfolder -- is not needed. 


Please zip the files and send them over so we can see what's in the logs and have a better idea of the issue and possible fix to support@vircom.com.
