How do I stop a Phishing campaign already in progress?
Answer
You can cancel a campaign by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Phishing > Active Campaigns
- Click the campaign name on the Campaign Overview screen.
- This will take you to the campaign summary screen, on which you will see a Campaign Actions button in the upper right corner. Select Campaign Actions.
- Click Edit Campaign
- Scroll to the bottom of the campaign editor.
- On the left, click Cancel Campaign.
Notes
- If campaign has auto-enrollment configured, the auto-enrollment assignment will be deleted.
- Cancelling a campaign will cancel all pending emails from being sent if the campaign is still sending.
- Data collection will end for users who click on links.
- Teachable Moments or Data Entry pages will not be displayed.
- A campaign can be deleted after it is Canceled.
- Deleting a campaign will remove the campaign from reports forever.
- A campaign can be archived and unarchived after it has been canceled.
- Archiving just toggles the campaigns within report views, nothing more.
