This document is only for users who need to change the first/last name on the encryption portal.
Issue:
When you login to your encryption portal and click on your avatar you only see the "Help" and "Logout" and no where to change the first or last name
Solution:
To be able to change your first and last name you will need to navigate to a secure share site as it is explained below:
- Log in at: https://secureshare.proofpoint.com
- Navigate to the top right person icon.
- Click the person icon.
- Click Preferences.
- Change the First and Last name fields
- Click Save.
