Overview:

 

This tab allows you to clean your organization's and user's safe sender lists. It allows you to remove problematic entries that result in spam messages bypassing the spam filter. 

 


Clean up Organization Safe Senders:

 

1- Login to our portal page at https://vircomportal.com


2- Use an Organization Administrator account or Strategic Partner account to login to the interface.

  • Note: on 1 single account is allowed logging in on this site, there is no option to have multiple login accounts.



3- Once logged in select Clean Safe Senders and select to clean up either the Organization or Users safe senders list.

4- Select the Organization or Users you wish to clean and click Preview.


5- Results will display of all the user account or organizations that may contain harmful or abnormal email addresses in there safe sender list.

6- Once the results are displayed, you may now click the Perform Clean Up button to remove all abnormal emails.
