Overview:
This tab allows you to sending an email request to test when your domain has become active on ProofPoint Essentials. Instead of having to test the connection with a telnet test, you can simple be alerted by email when you domain is now ready and active to go live.
Mail Flow:
1- Login to our portal page at https://vircomportal.com
2- Use an Organization Administrator account or Strategic Partner account to login to the interface.
3- Once logged in click TOOLS - MAIL FLOW.
4- On this page there are 2 fields, one that indicates the email domain you would like to test and the second field is who will receive the email alert when the domain is ready.
5- Simply fill out the information required for your alert and click START CHECK & EMAIL RESULT.
6- Once done you will receive an email alert within 30 to 60 minutes to indicate your domain is ready and that the MX records can now be changed for ProofPoint Essential MX records.
